Member Reservation Form

This form is to be used when requesting either hall for a member one-time use of the Friendship Ballroom (one time per calendar year) or the North Hall Dining Room for private or personal events.

As stated in the Lodge By-Laws, the Friendship Ballroom may be reserved 12 months in advance for a member's one-time use in a calendar year. The North Hall may be reserved 12 months in advance for up to three times in a calendar year. Outside of this requirement, the North Hall can only be requested FIVE weeks prior to the requested date of use.

Lodge member must first confirm eligibility with the Financial Secretary. The date of the event must then be approved by the Business Manager.

Under NO circumstances may the Lodge Room or Member Lounge be used or reserved for an event. Event materials shall not say "Sponsored by Barnum Lodge #7" unless specifically approved by the Lodge.
