Grant Proposal Form — Barnum Lodge No. 7

To qualify for proposing a grant, you must hold the 3rd Degree of Odd Fellowship, be current in your dues, and have attended at least three business meetings during the previous quarter.

The amount of the grant may include any or all funds available for the type of grant during the present quarter. Grants shall be delivered in the name of Barnum Lodge #7. A receipt or letter of acknowledgement is required.

Receivers of grants may not use the funds for the promotion of any political cause, campaign, or candidate, nor for the promotion of any religious doctrine, sect, or practice. Nor can the receiver of an Individual Membership Grant be the employer of the IOOF member proposing the grant.
