Available for rent upstairs in our building are two halls, the North (Patty Olson) Hall and South (Performance) Hall. The Patty Olson Hall has a commercial kitchen, meeting area and a large hall. The total number of people allowed in this hall and meeting area is 312.  There are also tables and chairs available. The South Hall has a large dance floor and a stage area for concerts. The maximum number of people in the South Hall is 265. It is possible to rent either hall or both. Here is how to go about doing this.  

You can contact our Business Manager in person at the office upstairs in the lodge hall or by phone.  Office hours are: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4:00-6:00 P.M.  Call and leave a message on our phone any time and our manager will contact you as soon as possible. A refundable deposit is required to reserve a date and time. There may be special discounted rates available for non-profit groups.

If you plan to request a  discount or donated use of the halls, you must submit a grant request to Barnum Lodge #7 clearly explaining your desire.  Include your Nonprofit ID number or some other explanation of why you should be considered. A Lodge member will have to agree to staff the event. The halls and kitchen are all separate so be specific. Please allow a minimum of one (1) month for the lodge membership to consider your proposal. Your letter of proposal may be sent to the Lodge via mail at our mailing address or care of the manager via email. Important Note: The manager is not authorized to grant any discounts or donations to anyone.
